Now, I don't really watch movies much (unless it is required for a class or something). They're not my thing. Suggestions are welcome... I thought of doing North by Northwest's crop duster scene, but I feel as though it has been done to death in terms of analysis and such.
I was wondering if this would be okay to show... (a bit graphic)

You should do something from either Troll 2 or The Room.

#YoloSwagKoosh just do it.
True story, one time we had to present our favorite designers so I did Giorgetto Giugiaro and showed this clip to show not every designer is perfect.
…. oh freshman year, how little fucks were given.

Analyze it for what? Direction, lighting, composition, 'meaning', sound design?

Do the scene from Equilibrium right in the beginning where Bale's character busts the door down and blows everyone away in complete darkness.

Little known fact, the same guy that designed this, also designed the Deawoo Lanos.
But everyone laughed at the video, including the teacher, and all was good.

Analyse this! Pick whatever scene you'd like.

I used Senna for a project myself. The use of silence in that is incredibly moving. It intensifies every emotion that you feel during that documentary. More so than any music ever could.

That might work! Thanks

Direction, lighting, and composition. Symbolism is a plus too, but I have that figured out already, sticking up for your own family and what not. And then being reunited, etc. no matter how dysfunctional it is

During undergrad, a professor showed that in class. The whole movie.

The elevator scene from Drive would be a good one.
It utilizes just about every tool movies as an art form offer.
